We are continually looking to improve or refresh the knowledge of our staff.
Our training starts on day one with an induction program which covers all areas of life at Eckling Grange culminating with completing the Care Certificate but then continues with a wide range of training courses. Over a twelve month period, training would include subjects like Safeguarding, Dementia Care and Nutrition to name but a few.
A high level of our care staff are qualified with an NVQ in Health and Social Care levels two or three and we are always looking to encourage staff to further their care knowledge.
