Some of our great Staff team
At Eckling Grange we employ around 90 full time and part time staff with wide ranging skills, from those who are just starting their working life to those at the other end who have reached retirement age but are not quite ready to completely stop working.
Around two thirds of our staff are employed in a direct care role as carers, supervisors or as part of the management team. The remainder are involved in either catering, cleaning, maintenance or administration.
